I am a Certified Music Therapist, Registered Psychotherapist and Clinical Supervisor.
As a supervisor, I am passionate about working with music therapists and students working in mental health. I have a special interest in the cross section of music therapy and psychotherapy, and supporting people in growing their verbal counselling practice.
As a therapist, I specialize in supporting people who are experiencing issues related to anxiety, difficult family dynamics, and complex trauma. In addition to music therapy approaches, I use ACT, DBT, and somatic approaches in my work.
