Co-op is designed to provide you with opportunities to develop skills and gain real-world experience in the career path of your interest. Co-op students gain a competitive advantage over other applicants by completing modules and assignments focused on cover letter and resume writing, as well as mock interviews, within the required Fundamentals of Co-operative Education course.
During your co-op work terms, you'll learn to challenge assumptions, communicate effectively, think critically and work cooperatively.
Students in Biotechemistry and Biotechnology, Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Health Sciences, Honours Science, Kinesiology, Psychology, Psychology and Neuroscience have two four-month work terms in the spring of second and third years of study.
